The Internal Medicine RN Level 2 position at Strong Memorial Hospital involves providing competent direct patient care and supporting unit activities. This role is ideal for nurses who excel in communication and assessment skills and can work independently.

What You'll Do
Provide competent direct patient care based on established standards.
Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
Support peers in delivering patient care services.
Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member.
Perform telephone triage and direct patient care.
Administer medications and vaccines.
Conduct minor laboratory testing.
Engage in patient teaching and health education.
