Job description
Ravenswood Family Health Network in the East Palo Alto area seeks a physician to deliver outpatient primary care in a PCMH framework. You will work with the care team to provide wellness, preventive services, and chronic disease management, while documenting data to improve care and reporting to insurers.
Board-certified MD/DO with excellent communication is required; bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package and a signing bonus.
