nJoin Total Patient Primary Care of Ocala Inc as a Primary Care Medical Provider (MD/DO) and make a meaningful impact on the health and wellness of our community. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.
nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
nManage chronic and acute medical conditions with a focus on preventative care.
nPerform routine physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
nEducate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
nDocument patient care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance practice efficiency.
nStay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices.
nRequirements:
nMD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
nActive medical license in the state of Florida.
nBoard certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.
nAt least 2 years of experience in primary care or relevant field.
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.
nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
nCommitment to providing patient-centered care with empathy and respect.
nProficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
