\ NWe are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving outpatient practice in Modesto, California —a charming community with easy access to major metro areas.

Opportunity Highlights \ N $320,000 guaranteed salary for a 4-day work week
\ N $50,000 sign-onbonus
\ N $40,000 annual retention bonus for up to 5 years (total $200,000)
\ N Option to receive up front if desired
\ N 100% outpatientposition – NO call required
\ N Manageable patient volume
\ N EMR: Athena
\ N 4 weeks vacation + 1 week CME
\ N Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
\ N You’ll provide residents of Modesto and surrounding areas with high-quality, accessible care in a supportive environment.
