Job description
Canyon Family Medicine in Mesa, Arizona is hiring an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our primary care team. The NP will see adults independently when appropriate, collaborate with physicians, and participate in value-based care initiatives to keep patients healthy and out of the hospital.
We offer a 4-day work week, no weekends or calls, competitive pay and benefits, a supportive staff, and opportunities for CME.
