Job description
Riveon Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care across the lifespan in an integrated behavioral health and primary care setting. You will assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions while promoting disease prevention and wellness.
