Mount Carmel Health System in Granville, OH is seeking a Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care to deliver patient-centered care in our Granville office. This full-time role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention, and improving access to care within a collaborative care team.

The NP will work 4, 10-hour shifts Tuesday through Friday, provide assessment, prescriptive care, counseling, and referrals as needed, and practice under a Standard Care Arrangement with a collaborating physician.
