Innovative Primary Care in Rockport, TX is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner to deliver high‑quality primary care for adults (15+). You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and document in our athenahealth EHR system.
This daytime, weekday role offers no nights or weekends, a clinician‑led environment, and personalized onboarding with the owner‑provider.
