Mount Carmel Medical Group in Granville, Ohio, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Granville Primary Care practice. This full-time APP role supports high-quality, patient-centered care in our Granville office, with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts Tue-Fri.

The APP provides comprehensive health services across the lifespan, with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention, and works within a Standard Care Arrangement with a collaborating physician.
