Job description
Carbon Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for primary care with a 4-day work week, no call, no weekends, and holidays off. You’ll practice at the top of your license and join a collaborative, innovative team dedicated to patient-centered care.
As a core member of our Primary Care team, you’ll perform histories and exams, provide women’s health services, interpret tests, and support staff while delivering evidence-based care in a fast-paced environment.
