Job description
Well Care Community Health, Inc. is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary health care and education to patients in Indiana. The role involves performing examinations, diagnosing and managing illnesses with physician support, and conducting obstetric and STD-related exams as needed.
You will educate patients on birth control options, Hormone Replacement Therapy, and osteoporosis, and participate in health education program development. On-call duties require flexible scheduling.
