Job description
Atrius Health in Chestnut Hill, MA seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Optum Care Delivery team, delivering longitudinal primary care with a focus on value-based care and team-based delivery.
You will work with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care, manage both acute and chronic conditions, and help advance new practice ideas that improve patient outcomes across our network.
