Job description
NOELA Community Health Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive primary care across ages and women's health. You will conduct exams, craft care plans, order tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients in a culturally diverse, patient-centered environment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in quality improvement, and provide care with attention to credentialing, privileging, and telehealth when assigned.
