Job description
One Medical is seeking a licensed Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our San Francisco team. You will manage a diverse patient panel across acute and chronic visits, deliver in-office, testing center, and tele-health care, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds to continually enhance care delivery.
Ideal candidates have CA licensure by start date, 2+ years outpatient primary care experience (or equivalent), and a commitment to human-centered primary care in a virtual-integrated model.
