Job description
QuadMed seeks a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Plainfield, IN health center. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients in a clinic setting, collaborating with a physician to provide high-quality preventive and primary care.
Expect a 40-hour work week in a supportive, patient-focused environment. The role requires a master's-level NP or PA program, active licensure, 3+ years of primary care experience, and current CPR/BLS.
