Job description
NPHire in Kansas City, MO seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary care under the Patient Centered Medical Home model. You’ll provide acute, chronic, and preventive care with emphasis on chronic disease management and pediatrics, working under a collaborating physician.
