Job description
Southcentral Foundation (SCF) seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Team Coverage in Primary Care at our Anchorage facility. The role supports empaneled providers by delivering acute and ongoing primary care while maintaining continuity for customer-owners across all ages.
The TC Provider works within protocols, participates in preventive care, and helps with population health measures. On-site, collaborative team, no on-call, with growth opportunities and a home clinic
