Job description
Equitas Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Advanced Practice Provider team in primary care. You will provide comprehensive care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff, and support transgender and HIV care initiatives.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, Ohio NP/PA licensure, FNP or PA-C certification, and DEA license. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 plus a $5k sign-on bonus; full benefits and on-site work at Ohio locations.
