Job description
Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Compensation & Benefits
$119,313 – $178,968 annually, plus annual incentive opportunities and sign-on bonus.
$20,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements
NP Board Certification with primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine background
Current, valid and unrestricted ARNP license and valid DEA number
English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is an essential job function
Minimum 3-5 years of primary care experience
Minimum 2+ years with case management emphasizing health prevention and population health management
Documentation of proof of a negative TB test in the last 12 months before start-date.
Team-based care experience
Experience working in EMR systems
Experience with Google Workspace
