Job description
WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our growing outpatient primary care team in the Greater NYC area. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a large primary care clinic with a focus on providing high-quality care to underserved populations. Responsibilities
Provide primary care services in a large clinic with 15,000 annual visits.
Conduct 9 clinical sessions per week, with each session lasting half a day.
Allocate half a day per week for administrative tasks.
Deliver care to 8-10 patients per session, with adjustments for no-shows.
Work Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM.
Focus on clinical responsibilities without academic duties.
Understand and address the needs of underserved patient populations, many of whom have chronic illnesses and comorbidities.
Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation.
Spanish speaking skills are preferred but not required.
