Job description
Role: Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (Spanish required) in Healthcare & Medical Services.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to adults on Medicare, emphasizing prevention, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Coordinate care within a team-based, collaborative environment.
Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and support quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Current Nurse Practitioner licensure with bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Strong understanding of primary care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered approaches.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
