Job description
Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner certified under section 6910 of the New York State Education Law to provide acute and primary health care across the hospital continuum under collaborative practice protocols.
You will develop and implement practice agreements, assess patient health, initiate medications and diagnostics, educate patients, document care, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to improve outcomes and advance nursing practice.
