Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00
Position Highlights
Independent patient panel
Team‑based primary care model
Support‑style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel
16–18 patients/day target
EPIC with AI scribes
Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed
1:14 days weekday call
1:12 weekend call
Ideal Candidate
3+ years primary care experience
Comfortable practicing independently
Able to manage chronic and complex conditions
Compensation
Starting salary ranges from $130K–$170K+ based on experience
RVU bonus opportunity available
$10K sign‑on bonus
$10K relocation assistance
Potential additional $20K locality differential for Mill City location
34 days PTO year one
CME allowance + licensure reimbursement
