This evaluationfocused practice in central Texas is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to perform structured, nontreatment disability assessments for Veterans in a parttime setting; responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, conducting onetime clinical evaluations, and completing federally guided electronic Disability Benefits Questionnaires within required timelines; additional duties include ensuring accuracy, adhering to established protocols, and submitting all documentation promptly, with a competitive compensation package.
Qualifications Primary care experience required, preferably in exambased or assessmentdriven clinical work
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active and unrestricted Texas NP or PA license
DEA eligibility (not required for nontreatment exams)
Strong computer proficiency and comfort with electronic documentation systems
Ability to work independently while following structured federal guidelines
