With 20 clinics across Oregon and continued growth, we're looking for Primary Care Providers who want meaningful patient relationships, strong clinical support, and real work-life balance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty
Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficient with electronic health records
