Job description
Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care for adults on Medicare in an outpatient setting. The role includes routine and acute visits, wellness assessments, care coordination, patient education, and active participation in population health initiatives.
You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff, and may conduct home visits as needed.
