Job description
NYC Health + Hospitals seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner to plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive primary care services in a health care setting. You will ensure patient-centered quality care in line with policies and nursing standards.
Responsibilities include diagnosing illnesses, coordinating care, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and families. NYSED NP certification and NYS RN license are required; WHNP certification preferred.
