Job description
Provide primary care to adult patients across Kaiser Permanente’s Northwest Region, covering clinician panels and short-term staffing needs. Assess and treat common acute and chronic conditions, deliver preventive care and patient education, coordinate referrals, and document care in accordance with professional standards and state regulations. This role may also support clinical protocols, patient education materials, training, and committees.
