Primary Care Opportunities

nCambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system, which receives recognition for our clinical and academic innovations. Our system is comprised of two hospital campuses, an urgent care clinic and an integrated network of both primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region. CHA is an academic affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS). Our practices serve an ethnically and socio-economically diverse patient population.

nnCompetitive guaranteed base salary commensurate with experience

n nCHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $240,000-$260,000 is based on years of experience. Total compensation includes base salary plus production incentive.

nQualified candidates will be BE/BC and should share our passion for caring for our community and the underserved, multicultural patient population CHA serves. Incoming physicians will work with a collegial group of providers who share our mission and values.

nCHA is a teaching affiliate of HMS. This position carries an HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.
