Practice details include:
Outpatient Primary Care (adult medicine)
Guaranteed base salary + uncapped incentive bonus

Flexible schedule: 32-40 hours per week

Ideal for physicians with 2+ years of post-training experience
The ideal candidate is Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal or Family Medicine
Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
