Job description
Mysemg is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a collaborative clinic team in Georgia. The APP will manage both chronic and acute conditions, working with physicians, RN Case Managers, and clinic staff. The role may involve outpatient or inpatient settings as needed by the group.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating conditions, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients. The APP will be tracked by performance metrics aligned to organizational goals.
