Job description
Missouri Baptist Sullivan Primary Care Clinic and Weekend Clinic in Sullivan, MO, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-time, with weekday shifts 8a-4p and every other weekend 10a-4p in the walk-in Sullivan Weekend Clinic.
The role delivers primary care under a collaborative practice agreement with a physician, performing assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, and coordinating referrals and education for patients and families.
