Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for an outpatient position in the Greater Sacramento, California area. This role provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity of care.

20-Minute Appointments
Two Telehealth Visits Built Into The Daily Schedule
Collaborative Multidisciplinary Support Team
EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Serve Diverse And Underserved Communities Throughout Greater Sacramento
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $255,008-$331,510 Annually

Requirements
Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Family Medicine Or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
California Medical License Or Eligibility For California Medical Licensure REQUIRED
Ability To Manage Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care In A Team-Based Care Model REQUIRED
Preferred
Previous Outpatient Or Community Health Experience Preferred
Spanish, Russian, Farsi Or Pashto/Pushto Language Skills Preferred
