The salary range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our primary care team in Andover, Massachusetts . Position Highlights:
Outpatient-only internal medicine practice with no inpatient or hospital rounding
Full-time or part-time flexible schedules available
Collaborative, team-based environment with access to nurse care managers, social workers, behavioral health support, and centralized population health tools
Epic EMR integrated throughout the entire Mass General Brigham system
Practice in a fully equipped office with experienced clinical and administrative support, on-site Specialists, labs, and imaging.

Our Andover primary care site is a vibrant, high-performing practice that serves a diverse patient population in the Merrimack Valley. The practice is located in a growing and highly desirable community with excellent schools, convenient commuter access, and beautiful surroundings. You'll enjoy the support of a collegial group of primary care physicians and APPs dedicated to advancing health equity and providing top-quality care.
Qualifications: MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
Eligible for licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Passion for primary care and a commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative care
