Job description
Neighborhood Health in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide primary care within established standards and protocols. You will maintain patient confidentiality, collaborate with physicians, and support care across the care team.
The role involves on-going patient education, scheduling coordination, and participation in quality assurance activities. A valid Indiana PA license, NCCPA certification, and CPR are required; clinic experience is preferred.
