Job description
Role
Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join a rural critical access hospital team.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient care
perform office-based procedures
conduct morning hospital rounds
manage a patient load of 16–20 daily
and support adult and geriatric populations with potential growth into pediatrics
Participate in a collaborative team of 6 physicians and 2 APPs, with a 4-day workweek, Monday–Friday clinic hours, and call duties once a weekday and weekend per month within 30 minutes of the hospital
Qualifications & Skills
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

committed to establishing long-term roots
with excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
Potential earnings of $500,000
sign-on bonus of $80,000
relocation assistance up to $10,000
