Primary Care Physician
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan.
Opportunity Details
Examine patients, order and perform diagnostic tests, and formulate diagnosis in an outpatient setting.
Guide and support house staff and other healthcare team members.
Participate in teaching of house staff, staff conferences, and research projects as directed.
Assist in the administration and coordination of the service.
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Active New York State medical license
Active DEA license
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $236,000 (board eligible); $241,000 (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
Estimated annual total compensation: $315,120 (board eligible) / $320,620 (board certified), including baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors.
Estimated compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours per week: $55,520.
Projected bonus up to $40,000 contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
401(k) contributions: Immediate vesting at 3% of base earnings; no employee match.
After one year of service, additional 7% of base earnings; no employee match.
Annual CME reimbursement.
