Job Summary and Responsibilities

nAs our Primary Care Physician, you will help individuals and families get high-value, top quality, accessible care so they can live healthier lives and thrive in their communities.

nEvery day you will provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. You will be expected to diagnose and treat acute conditions, manage chronic diseases, perform wellness exams, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver whole-person care.

nnnProvide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.

nnDiagnose and treat acute conditions, including illnesses and minor injuries (e.g., flu, strep throat).

nnPerform annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive health screenings.

n

nnAdminister immunizations and promote preventive care strategies.

n

nnManage and treat chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular disease.

n

nnCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

n nJob Requirements

nRequired

nnnDoctorate Degree in Medicine (MD or DO)

n

nnCurrent and unrestricted Physician License to practice in applicable state

n

nnMust have successfully completed a residency and / or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty

n

nnObtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (""DEA"") registration

n

nnBe board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to hospital

n

nnObtain medical staff privileges within the health system, at sponsoring institution

n

nnMedium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

nCommonSpirit Primary Care St. Francis Hospital is conveniently located at the corner of Circle Drive and Union Boulevard. Our location is across from the Audubon Medical Campus and Medical Center Point, giving you close proximity to other specialists and medical services.

nPay Range

n$260,074 - $364,435 /year
