Direct Primary Care Physician – Leadership Opportunity

Are you an experienced primary care physician looking for a way to spend more time with patients—and less time focused on RVUs, insurance requirements, and high-volume schedules?

Kerix Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join its established and growing Direct Primary Care practice in Columbia, Missouri . This is an opportunity to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships within a membership-based model designed around quality of care rather than patient volume.

In addition to managing your own patient panel, you will serve as a Supervisory Physician for a collaborative team of Nurse Practitioners , providing an opportunity to combine clinical practice with physician leadership.

The Opportunity

As a Direct Primary Care physician, you’ll practice in an environment built to give you more time with patients and greater freedom to focus on comprehensive care.

Smaller patient panel designed for depth rather than throughput

Four clinical days + one administrative day

No call

Your own established patient panel

Supervisory Physician role supporting a collaborative NP team

Broad primary care scope, including chronic disease management and preventive care

HRT and weight management

No traditional insurance billing pressure

Membership-based model with revenue tied to membership rather than patient volume

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced primary care physician who enjoys developing strong patient relationships and is comfortable practicing across a broad spectrum of adult primary care. The ideal physician will also enjoy collaboration and be interested in providing clinical leadership and supervision to an established Nurse Practitioner team.
