Job description
(Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - A Community Health Center providing a culture of community and quality health care is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician (Family | Internal Medicine) to provide outpatient medical services to a diverse population. The primary care physician empowers patients to take an active role in health maintenance and promote wellness behaviors. Provides appropriate patient follow-up and communicate effectively with patients. Refers patients to specialty care, as necessary. Provides clinical supervision to mid-level providers and nursing staff. Participates in quality assurance activities. Participates in State and National disease collaborative efforts.
