Job description
Signature Health seeks a Physician, Primary Care to deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care within a community health setting in Ohio. Reporting to clinical leadership, you will collaborate to plan models, optimize operations, and advance EHR implementation while ensuring access and quality.
The role requires board certification or eligibility in family medicine or obstetrics/gynecology, active Ohio licensure, DEA, and BLS. Travel and after-hours coverage may be required.
