nThe Physician serves as a health-care clinician and can handle a variety of health-related problems. The Physician work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
nThe Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keep a medical history and medical records. Refer the patient to specialists. Begin to influence department's strategy. Decide moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components and perform work without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments.

nRequired Qualifications
nnn5 or more years of technical experience
n
nnLicensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
n
nnGraduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
n
nnPrefer Internal Medicine specialty
n
nnBoard Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
n
nnYou will consider patients and participates in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will screen yourself for TB.
n
nnMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
n
nnMust be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone
n
nnYou will report to the Associate Medical Director

nnYou will work onsite at the Clinic location

nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
n$255,000 - $298,500 per year
nThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
