She Recruits is partnering with a respected community health organization to recruit a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient opportunity in Crescent City, Florida .

Position Highlights
Comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine
Preventive care and wellness visits
Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses
Care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Chronic disease management
Preventive health education
Collaborative, patient-centered practice
Modern outpatient clinical environment
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive health screenings, annual wellness visits, and routine physical examinations
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving long-term patient outcomes
Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic testing
Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments in accordance with Florida regulations
Educate patients on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to coordinate high-quality patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives that support exceptional patient outcomes
Qualifications
Required
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred
Experience in outpatient primary care
Passion for community medicine
Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care

Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary: $210,000
