Job description
Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC (CP2) is looking for an outpatient Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric trained physician to work at one of eight clinics in an independent private practice across the Denver area.
Job Description
Physicians provide comprehensive primary care services, collaborate with advanced practice providers, participate in teaching at the University of Colorado, and contribute to the IPA network’s population health initiatives.
About Our Clinics
Independent outpatient practices within Denver.
Team includes providers, support staff, a social worker, RN/patient educator, and mental health support.
Physicians hold clinical faculty appointments with the University of Colorado.

Qualified Candidates
Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Supervisory skills and interest in providing support to advanced practice providers.
Geriatric fellowship training or medical subspecialty interests welcome.

Salary Range
Base salary plus productivity, outstanding productivity model.
