Job description
Veterans Health Administration in Hawaii seeks a physician to provide comprehensive Primary Care to a panel of adult patients within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model. You will prescribe medications, manage chronic disease, and coordinate with DoD and Community care to ensure smooth transitions.
Applicants must have MD and an unrestricted US license; Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred. English proficiency is required.
