Job description
Whitman Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care physician (Family Medicine) to join its collaborative, mission-driven team in Colfax, Washington. This is a long-standing and well established independent group where physicians have the autonomy to truly provide personalized care in order to foster better relationships and patient outcomes.
nThis is a full-scope Primary Care role that includes outpatient, inpatient and ER backup. Limited OB opportunities are available if desired, but fully optional.

nnnFull‑scope Primary Care position with mix of inpatient and outpatient care

nnDesirable weekday schedule

nn1:6 call rotation supported by a collegial group of physicians and APPs
n
nnStrong clinical infrastructure including CT, MRI, lab, general surgery, orthopedics, GI, urology, and more
n
nnWell established independent group that offers physicians the autonomy to provide truly personalized care
n
nnHighly supportive and collaborative team environment
n
nnOpportunity to teach future rural Family Medicine physicians is available
n
nnOB opportunities are available if desired, but not required
n
nnCompetitive salary, robust benefits, and eligibility for Washington state loan repayment

n nCompensation & Benefits:
nnnFirst year guaranteed salary of $320,000 inclusive
n
nnUp to $20,000 signing bonus
n
nnFull benefits package includes health, dental, retirement, malpractice, and more

nnProduction incentives are available

n nQualifications & Requirements:
nnnMust be a board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician (MD/DO)
n
nnOpen to Internal Medicine or Meds-Peds physicians as well
n
nnLicensed in the state of Washington
n
nnMust have or be able to obtain BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and NRP certification
n
nnBoth experienced candidates and new graduates are welcome to apply

nWhitman Hospital and Medical Clinics (WHMC) anchors healthcare in the region with a strong community focus.
