Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine) – Outpatient | Windsor, CT | 4-Day Work Week Available Location: Windsor, CT
Join a Patient-Centered Outpatient Practice
Position Highlights
100% outpatient Family Medicine practice
Treat patients from birth through adulthood (no obstetrics)
Full-time weekday schedule
Flexible scheduling: Four 9- or 10-hour shifts, or Five 8-hour shifts
Minimal phone-only call: One weekday every 6 weeks
Approximately two weekend call rotations annually
Optional teaching opportunities available

Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
Excellent communication and patient‑centered care skills
