Role Responsibilities
Deliver holistic, ongoing care for patients of all ages, embracing a lifelong commitment to health.

Education Requirements
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Certifications
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Active medical license in Tennessee or eligible for licensure.
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
