Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Aldine, TX

Practice Overview
You’ll join a growing value-based care group with an employed model and a team-first culture
Work alongside 3 physicians and 3 NPs at a busy clinic, supported by 1 MA, 1 scribe, and an RN for high-risk/hospital follow-up
In-house support includes physical therapy, social work, nutrition services, pharmacy support, and patient resources (including food distribution)
Light shared call with nurse triage; call is pooled across Texas providers (about 2 weeks per year)
Schedule
Patient volume averages 7–16 patients/day with longer appointments (60 minutes new, 30 minutes established)
Panel growth is steady; full panel is typically 500–600 patients with an expected ramp-up over time
Clinic is actively adding new patients monthly, supporting consistent demand and continuity
Base salary starting at $260,000 + quality bonus opportunity (up to 20%)

Candidate Requirements
BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Open to physicians at any experience level, including new graduates
Spanish-speaking strongly preferred (patient population is predominantly Spanish-speaking)
Comfort with relationship-based, value-focused primary care and managing chronic disease in seniors
