Job description
HealthTrac at Health Solutions in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our Medical Services Team. You will provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric and adult patients, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and deliver preventive services aligned with PCMH principles.
